Hi-5 ABA is seeking dedicated BCBAs to lead center-based ABA sessions for children with autism and related needs. You will supervise Technicians, collaborate with families, and maintain high standards of professionalism and care.

The role emphasizes compassionate, organized, and clinically proficient practice, with flexible hours and a focus on achieving meaningful behavior change for clients.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required (and state license where applicable).
• Adult and Pediatric CPR/BLS required for one-on-one client work.
• Background checks and TB screening required.
• Additional requirements may apply for Medicaid/Humana providers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver center-based ABA services to children and families.
• Provide supervision and training for Technicians seeking BCBA‑level credentials.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA peers; maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
