Helping Hands Family is seeking a Clinic Director to oversee day-to-day clinic operations for autism services at Wyomissing - Berkshire Heights. You will lead Clinical Supervisors, Office Managers, BCBAs, and RBTs, driving staffing, scheduling, and quality care with a data-driven approach.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 6+ years of operational leadership in healthcare, with onsite full-time availability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of operational leadership experience in healthcare or related service sector.
• Ability to lead teams, manage budgets, drive performance, and work onsite full-time.
• Experience in ABA or pediatric behavioral health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic performance across utilization, staffing, and service delivery.
• Use data to guide scheduling, capacity planning, and operational improvements.
• Coach Clinical Supervisors, Office Managers, BCBAs, and RBTs.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture with strong leadership depth.
• Align operations with quality care and client outcomes.
• Manage clinic budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
