Job summary

SilverSwing ABA is seeking a BCBA to step into the Clinical Director role at our new Augusta clinic. You will help set the clinical standard, build the team, and shape the clinic's future.

Key duties include supervising BCBAs and RBTs, overseeing treatment plans and progress, and driving clinic growth while ensuring high quality care for pediatric populations within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• Current Georgia LBA.
• 5+ years of clinic ABA experience with a pediatric population.
• 2+ years in supervisory or clinical leadership roles.
• Extensive experience with FBAs, BIPs, and treatment planning.
• Familiarity with CentralReach.
• Working knowledge of Medicaid and commercial insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical programming, treatment plans, BIPs, and progress monitoring across designated clinic/region.
• Supervise a dynamic team of BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff.
• Lead case reviews and deliver performance evaluations; mentor clinicians.
• Drive growth by partnering with intake and building community relationships.
• Taper billable caseload as the clinic/region grows.

• Work collaboratively with our QA team to oversee all clinical programming, treatment plans, BIPs, progress monitoring across your designated clinic/region
• Supervise a dynamic team of BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff
• Lead case reviews, deliver performance evaluations, mentor clinicians
• Drive growth, partner with intake, build community relationships
• Tapering billable caseload that decreases as the clinic/region grows

What we're looking for
