Job summary

Arbor Associates in Hudson, MA is seeking a 13-week ABA classroom lead to supervise a small classroom and implement ABA-based instruction. This role focuses on meaningful, structured education for students with autism and related challenges.

You will conduct educational and behavioral assessments, develop IEPs, track progress, and collaborate with families and outside clinicians to ensure effective, data-driven supports. The assignment has a defined end date and a strong clinical focus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise small classroom of up to six students ages 9–22 with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges.
• Conduct educational, behavioral, and vocational assessments; use results to develop and implement IEPs and progress reports.
• Design, modify, and implement student programming aligned to IEP goals using ABA-informed instructional strategies.
• Collect, record, and analyze data for IEP goals using electronic data collection systems and/or paper data tools.
• Implement behavior support plans and evidence-based behavior management techniques consistently across the classroom.
• Supervise, train, and schedule classroom staff; lead weekly team meetings and decision log meetings.
• Collaborate with families, behavior specialists, OT/SLP/PT consultants, and outside providers as needed.
• Develop portfolios for MCAS-Alt assessment and/or administer MCAS as applicable.
• Transport students in the community as needed
