Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. in Kailua, HI is seeking dedicated individuals to join our ABA clinic team.

You will work 1:1 with autistic children in a structured clinic setting, implementing ABA plans under BCBA supervision and collecting data to inform progress. We offer training that yields a nationally recognized RBT certification, supportive supervision, and a clear path to advancement through our competency-based pay system and SIT program.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or willingness to pursue during training
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, move quickly, and engage physically with children
• CPR/BLS, TB Clearance, Background Check, and HIPAA Compliance
• Dedication to ABA ethics, professionalism, and ongoing training

Responsibilities

Your Day-to-Day

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay
• Training Pay: $20/hr (non-certified) | $25/hr (already RBT certified)
• Guaranteed Hours — sub or office work provided if clients cancel
• PTO & Holidays: 6 paid holidays + paid Winter Break + accrued time off starting when certified
• 401K: Company contributes 3% even if you don’t

• Insurance & Protections: Liability, disability, and worker’s comp
• Referral Bonus: Up to $500 for new team members you refer
