Butterfly Effects is hiring an ABA Child Interventionist / Behavior Technician for a part-time role in Massachusetts. You will support children with autism, implement ABA plans, and work with families to promote communication, social skills and self-care.
The position offers paid training, after-school hours, and a 3–7pm schedule, 12–20 hours per week, with opportunities to grow toward RBT or BCBA roles through the company’s training subsidies.
