Job summary

Behavior Frontiers invites qualified candidates to join our team as an ABA Case Manager in California. You will manage a caseload of clients, design intervention plans, and write measurable goals while training staff to implement evidence-based ABA techniques.

The role requires a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 1 year of supervising ABA programs for children with autism. DTT, NATS/NET, and VB experience are essential, with VB-MAPP/ABLLS/Brigance/FBA assessments preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in relevant field.
• At least 1 year as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Experience training parents and instructors on ABA interventions.

Responsibilities

• Lead caseload of clients; conduct assessments and design intervention plans.
• Write goals and progress updates; train staff to implement interventions.
• Monitor client progress and adapt plans as needed; collaborate with families.
