Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Child Development, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience supervising home-based ABA programs.
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA).
• Strong report writing and data analysis skills.
• Passion for helping others learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and skills-based assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Provide parent training and support.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure ethical, high-quality clinical care.
• Complete documentation and progress reports for funding sources.

What You’ll Do

Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time)

• $80,000 – $95,000 annually (dependent on experience, credentials, and availability)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Occasionalevenings or weekends based on client needs
• Services provided in-home, in-school, and in-community
• Travel between client locations required
• Reliable transportation required (mileage reimbursement provided, $.40 Mileage)
