Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision at our Union, NJ center. This temporary role offers on-site work with flexible schedules, competitive pay at $20/hour, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401k plan, and paid time off.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Physical demands include standing, bending, lifting, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans.
• Support treatment goals and data collection during sessions.

Position Description
We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.
