Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Behavioral Support Specialists to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. This role offers part-time hours, the flexibility of scheduling, and a pathway to professional advancement within the ABA field.

The ideal candidate is an RBT-certified individual with patience and compassion, eager to help children with Autism. Training is provided, with a focus on consistent client outcomes and collaboration with families and clinical staff.

Qualifications

RBT certification is required before working.
Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
