Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. Part-time roles emphasize flexible hours and opportunities to contribute to clients' goals with evidence-based interventions.

Candidates should hold a high school diploma, be willing to learn, possess patience and compassion, and have or be willing to obtain RBT certification before working. Same Day Pay and supportive clinical team are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
