Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. Roles start part-time with the possibility of longer commitments, offering flexible hours and same-day pay to support immediate earnings.

Ideal candidates are passionate about helping children with Autism, patient, and able to maintain composure in challenging situations. RBT certification is required before working.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• 6-month commitment for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision as needed.
