Job summary

GAMUT Behavioral Services in Philadelphia is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for the Intensive Behavioral Health Service Program (IBHS). Work with children with autism or other developmental challenges by providing Individual or ABA therapy and implementing programming defined by an individualized treatment plan under the direction of a BCBA and/or LBS.

You will document sessions, collect data, and collaborate with families to ensure goals are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 18 years or older with valid background screenings.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy and implement programming under supervision.
• Document sessions and input timesheets accurately.
• Build rapport with clients and families to support goals.
• Attend supervision meetings and trainings.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Communicate updates and scheduling with supervisors.
