Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is hiring Behavior Therapists to support children, adolescents, and young adults with developmental disabilities, including autism. This entry-level role provides hands-on ABA experience with on-the-job training and supervision, plus support toward RBT certification.

Supervision is provided by BCBA and/or special education teachers; you will implement individualized plans and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no prior ABA experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel within approx. 45 minutes of Windsor, VT.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living and personal care routines.
• Reduce challenging behaviors through approved strategies.
• Collect data on behavior, progress, and skill development.
• Apply prevention, redirection, and trained physical intervention when necessary.
• Collaborate with analysts, teachers, families, and team members.
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and supervision.
