Aspire Living & Learning is hiring compassionate Behavior Therapists to support children, adolescents, and young adults with developmental disabilities, including autism, in Windsor, Burlington, Colchester, Fairfax, and Winooski. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on ABA experience with on‑the‑job training and BCBA supervision toward RBT certification.

You’ll implement behavior support plans, help clients develop critical life skills, and collaborate with a skilled team in in‑person settings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; a combination of college coursework and relevant experience may be considered.
• No prior ABA experience required; on-the-job training and supervision provided.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within ~45 minutes of Windsor, VT.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior support plans using ABA techniques.
• Teach communication, social, motor, play, cognitive, and self-care skills.
• Support clients with daily living and personal care routines.
• Reduce challenging behaviors through approved intervention strategies.
• Collect accurate data on behavior, progress, and skill development.
• Follow treatment plans, protocols, and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with analysts, teachers, families, and team members.
• Participate in meetings, training, and supervision.
