Kids Connections Developmental Therapy Center is a clinician-owned pediatric therapy practice providing ABA, OT, and Speech Therapy across four California clinic locations. We’re seeking compassionate, energetic individuals to help children build communication, social, play and daily living skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Whether you’re an experienced RBT or just beginning your ABA career, we’ll provide training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children.
• Comfortable engaging in active play, movement and physical activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, organized and eager to learn.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism and related developmental disabilities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Build communication, play, social, daily living and behavior regulation skills through evidence-based interventions.
• Collect session data and document progress using our EMR system.
• Prepare therapy materials and maintain a clean, organized treatment environment.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings and professional development.
• Help create a fun, positive and motivating learning experience for every child.

Kids Connections Developmental Therapy Center is a clinician-owned pediatric therapy practice providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services across four California clinic locations: Simi Valley, Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, and Rancho Cucamonga.

Founded by Dr. Cynthia Conway, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of pediatric experience, our mission is simple:

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience in ABA
• Bilingual English/Spanish
