Job summary

Kids Connections Developmental Therapy Center is seeking compassionate individuals to join our pediatric therapy team. You will support children in ABA, OT, and Speech services across California clinics, contributing to a compassionate, team-driven environment.

Roles include providing therapy, following BCBA plans, collecting progress data, and assisting with materials and sessions.Training and mentorship opportunities are provided; flexible scheduling and ongoing development are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Be dependable and organized, with a willingness to learn.
• Able to pass a background check; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism and related developmental disabilities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Build communication, play, social, daily living, and behavior skills through engaging interventions.
• Collect session data and document progress in the EMR system.
• Prepare therapy materials and maintain a clean, organized treatment environment.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development.
• Help create a fun, positive, and motivating learning experience for every child.

Kids Connections Developmental Therapy Center is a clinician-owned pediatric therapy practice providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services across four California clinic locations: Simi Valley, Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, and Rancho Cucamonga.

Founded by Dr. Cynthia Conway, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of pediatric experience, our mission is simple:

We’re looking for compassionate, energetic individuals who are excited to help children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Whether you’re an experienced RBT or just beginning your ABA career, we’ll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one and group ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism and related developmental disabilities

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience working with children
• Comfortable engaging in active play, movement, and physical activities throughout the day
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, organized, and eager to learn
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience in ABA
• Bilingual English/Spanish
