Job summary

Kids Connections Developmental Therapy Center is seeking compassionate individuals to provide ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs. You will work in a clinic-based setting across multiple California locations, both one-on-one and in small groups.

We offer on-the-job ABA and RBT training, supervision from experienced BCBAs, and flexible scheduling with opportunities for career advancement in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience working with children preferred.
Able to engage in active play and daily activities.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one and group ABA therapy to children and adolescents.

Kids Connections Developmental Therapy Center is a clinician-owned pediatric therapy practice providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services across four California clinic locations: Simi Valley, Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, and Rancho Cucamonga.

Founded by Dr. Cynthia Conway, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of pediatric experience, our mission is simple:

We’re looking for compassionate, energetic individuals who are excited to help children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Whether you’re an experienced RBT or just beginning your ABA career, we’ll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

Provide one-on-one and group ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism and related developmental disabilities
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Build communication, play, social, daily living, and behavior regulation skills through engaging, evidence-based interventions
Collect session data and document progress using our electronic medical record system
Prepare therapy materials and maintain a clean, organized treatment environment
Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development
Help create a fun, positive, and motivating learning experience for every child

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required
Experience working with children
Comfortable engaging in active play, movement, and physical activities throughout the day
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, organized, and eager to learn
Ability to pass a background check
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
