Partners In Excellence Inc. is seeking an ABA Behavior Therapist in Minnetonka, MN. The role focuses on delivering one-on-one and small-group ABA therapy to children with ASD in a center-based setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Background checks required (no felony history, no substantiated maltreatment).
• Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in behavioral therapy are preferred.
• Knowledge of Verbal Behavior Therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct therapy to a team of 4–6 clients following treatment plans.
• Documents therapy services accurately and timely (daily notes, data, communications).
• Reads treatment directions, collects data, and writes progress notes.
• Protects PHI and follows privacy policies (HIPAA compliance).
• Participates in training and supervision opportunities.
• Maintains a clean and safe therapy space and collaborates with staff.
