Partners In Excellence in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist to support young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder through applied behavior analysis in our center-based program. You will work under supervision, deliver therapy to a small group, and help children reach targeted goals with various teaching techniques.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, data collection, and communicating with families and supervisors.

Formación

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Experience in behavioral therapy is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct therapy to 4-6 clients per shift following treatment plans.
• Document therapy services accurately and timely (notes, data, parent/center communications).
• Read treatment directions, collect numeric data, and write progress notes.
• Communicate daily progress and client concerns to parents and staff.
• Protect client privacy under HIPAA and Partners policies.
