Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide in-person ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA in Ohio. You will implement individualized intervention plans and work directly with clients to support skill development.

This role emphasizes accurate data collection, collaboration with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans, and building positive relationships with families. Training will be provided with opportunities for ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in developing and implementing behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
