Magnet ABA Therapy in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, contribute to behavior support plans, and provide one-on-one therapy to clients, focusing on social, communication, and daily living skills.

You will collaborate closely with the BCBA to adapt treatment plans as needed, while maintaining a positive, professional relationship with families.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.
