Job summary

BreakThru Services is a leading ABA therapy provider for children ages 2-21. We offer 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings with data-based progress tracking and LMHP oversight. Join a team that supports professional development, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth.

We provide in-house training at $15/hour, a $250 sign-on bonus for Board Certified RBTs, and ongoing workshops to advance your career in behavior therapy with a fun, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, valid car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• High School Diploma.
• First Aid/CPR certified or will be upon being hired.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or other related field (preferred).
• RBT Certification (preferred).
• Experience working with children with behavior issues (preferred).
• Experience working in the home setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a LMHP.
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
• Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
• Participate in team meetings and additional trainings.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including dress, timeliness, and communication.
