Job summary

Partners In Excellence is seeking a Behavior Therapist to join a dedicated team providing early intensive therapies to children with autism. The role involves direct therapy to a small caseload, data collection, and close supervision within a center-based setting.

You will read and implement treatment plans, document progress, and ensure client privacy while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. This role offers full-time or part-time hours, with weekday schedules and ongoing

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Pass background checks (no felonies, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to a team of 4-6 clients following treatment plans.
• Document therapy services accurately and timely (daily notes, data collection, communications).
• Read treatment directions, collect numeric data, and write progress notes.
• Protect clients’ PHI; follow privacy policies and report violations.
• Redirects, intervenes, observes, and monitors client behaviors.
• Collaborate with supervisor and team; participate in training and meetings.
