Are you looking to make a difference in a child's life with autism? If so, apply to join our team! We're currently seeking a passionate Behavior Therapist interested in working in the Lafayette area.

As a Behavior Therapist, you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement in-home, life-changing care. You’ll work one-on-one with patient families, helping children learn new skills and reach milestones.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child's home setting
2. Collect and record data on child behaviors
3. Collaborate with BCBAs to develop effective treatment plans
4. Attend team meetings to share experiences, collaborate, and improve services

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; interest in child care careers preferred
• Experience working with children and a passion for children with special needs
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course
• Pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire (we will support your study)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to assume various postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods
