Job summary

Comprehensive Early Autism Services (CEAS) in Nashville is seeking a full-time ABA therapist to work directly with children in home, school, and community settings. You will teach across skill areas, collect data, and collaborate with a BCBA to support learners.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, child development, or a related field, be comfortable traveling to clients’ homes, and be committed to helping children reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, child development, or related field.
• Experience with young children or individuals with disabilities.
• Must have a car and be willing to travel within the Nashville area.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the child, teaching across skill areas such as conversation, motor skills, self-help, and pre-academic skills under supervision of a BCBA.
• Data collection on skills and behavior and data-driven decisions with the client’s team.
• Involve the child’s family in therapy sessions.
• Learn strategies to teach children with developmental delays and behavioral needs.
• Attend team meetings and collaborate with a team of therapists.
• Travel to the home of each client on the therapist's case load.
