Job summary

Bluebonnet Trails Community Services is seeking a dedicated ABA interventionist to deliver services to children ages 3–15, under supervision of Licensed Behavior Analysts. The role combines in-person and telehealth delivery, travel within BTCS service area, and collaboration with families and school staff.

The successful candidate will maintain RBT status, possess strong Excel skills, and adhere to state and BTCS guidelines, with flexible hours to meet productivity and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or ABA therapy.
• Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and maintain approved driver’s status throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct services in-person and via telehealth.
• Conducts assessments that inform treatment plans and goals aligned with DSM V criteria for ASD.
• Implements interventions in home, community, and school settings.
• Uses data collection to evaluate treatment progress.
• Provides parent training.
• Collaborates with school district personnel and other clinical staff.
