You will track progress, support communication and independence, and help develop essential life skills in a structured setting with HIPAA compliance and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology preferred.
• HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices required.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
