Job summary

Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) for Bluemont, VA. This in-person role involves one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, focusing on communication, independence, and skill development.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with a competitive hourly rate. Training and supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification are provided, along with eligible health benefits and a company-provided iPad.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred and HIPAA aware.
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology helpful.
• Background in special education or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record session data accurately.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing ABA training and supervision.
