Job summary

Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) in Chantilly, VA. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping clients develop life, communication, and social skills in a structured, supportive setting.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting session data, and tracking progress while engaging families with professionalism and compassion.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (preferred).
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques (preferred).
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field (beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development related to ABA and special education.
