Job summary

Circle Care Services in Morristown, NJ is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. This hands-on role implements ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision.

You will collect session data, follow behavior intervention protocols, and help build skills while communicating progress to the supervising clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to complete RBT training if not certified
• Interest in behavioral health and working with children with autism

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols
