Job summary

Mid-South Education Behavior Solutions, a Finni Health company, is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) in Memphis, TN to work one-on-one with clients using ABA. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help develop communication, life, and social skills in a structured setting.

The role offers a daytime, Mon–Fri schedule, competitive hourly pay of $18–$20, opportunities for BCBA/BCaBA supervision, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred; willingness to complete training/exam.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Familiarity with data collection and ABA terminology preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality required.
• Experience with behavior management and ABA techniques preferred.
• Background in special education, psychology or related field beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development in ABA.
