Job summary

Mid-South Education Behavior Solutions, a Finni Health company, is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) in Memphis, TN. This in-person role works one-on-one with clients to deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and helps build communication, social and life skills.

You’ll collect session data, follow treatment plans, and participate in ongoing training. The position offers a daytime Mon-Fri schedule with comprehensive benefits and potential career growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to complete the training and exam.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs.
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices.

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification (preferred but willingness to complete the training and exam is ok!)
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
