Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related Human Service field.
Registered Behavior Technician or BCAT certification (in good standing) required.
Basic knowledge of BACB and payer guidelines is essential.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of individuals providing services and interventions.
Provide direct behavioral educational services using psycho-educational techniques.
Be on call 24/7 to respond to crises and participate in evaluations and meetings.
