Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related Human Service field.
• Registered Behavior Technician or BCAT certification (in good standing) required.
• Basic knowledge of BACB and payer guidelines is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of individuals providing services and interventions.
• Provide direct behavioral educational services using psycho-educational techniques.
• Be on call 24/7 to respond to crises and participate in evaluations and meetings.
