Compass ABA Therapy in Slingerlands, NY, is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT for afternoon shifts. Part-time role (15-20 hrs/week) with 3-4 hours per day, home or community-based sessions. You’ll deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and help children build communication, play, social, and daily living skills.

Supervision toward RBT/BCBA certification, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay between $25 and $35 per hour are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to complete onboarding.
• Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities.
• Experience with children/autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation and strong communication.

• Location: Slingerlands, NY

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT

• Compensation: $25-$35/hr (based on experience)

• Type: Part-Time (15-20 hrs/week)

Afternoon Schedules:

• Slingerlands, NY: M- F: Between 3:30- 7:30PM, with a minimum of 3 hours per day.

About Compass ABA:
