Compass ABA Therapy is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians/RBTs for afternoon/evening shifts in Bergen County, NJ. You will deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism in homes or community settings under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include building communication, play, social, and daily living skills, collecting data, and collaborating with families and staff to support treatment plans. This is a part-time role with flexible afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (college preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to complete onboarding requirements.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with ability to communicate with clients, families, and team in both languages.
• Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities.
• Experience with children/autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.

Now Hiring ABA Behavior Technicians/RBTs - Afternoon Shifts!

• Location: Bergen County, NJ

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT

• Compensation: $20-30/hr (based on experience)

• Type: Part-Time (15-20 hrs/week)

• Shifts: Afternoons/ Evenings (3-4 hrs/day, vary by client)

Afternoon Schedules:

• Wood-Ridge, NJ: M- F: 3:30- 6:30PM

• Lyndhurst, NJ: M- F: 4/5- 7/8 PM

• Garfield, NJ: M- Th: 4- 7PM

• Ridgefield, NJ: Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri: 3/3:30- 5/5:30PM & Sat 10AM- 1PM

• Lodi, NJ: M-F: 4-6PM

About Compass ABA:

• As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism.

Requirements:
