Compass ABA Therapy in Troy, NY is hiring ABA Behavior Technician/RBTs for afternoon shifts. This part-time role offers 15–20 hours per week with compensation of $25–35/hr based on experience.

You'll deliver individualized ABA therapy in homes or community settings under BCBA supervision. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, US work authorization, and are comfortable with active, play-based activities; experience with children/autism is a plus.

• Location: Troy, NY

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT

Afternoon Schedules:

• Troy, NY: M- F: 3:30- 5:30PM, & Sat: 9AM- 12PM

About Compass ABA:

• As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism.
