Job summary

Compass ABA Therapy is hiring ABA Behavior Technicians/RBTs for afternoon shifts in Landing, NJ. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision, helping build communication, social, and daily living skills in homes or community settings.

The role is part-time (15–20 hrs/week) with compensation of $20–$30/hr based on experience. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days of employment, plus supervision hours toward certification and flexible scheduling.

• Compass of Compassion: Offer encouragement and care during sessions.

• Calm Captain: Create a safe, structured learning environment.

• Progress Compass: Collect and record data to guide treatment.

• Learning Navigator: Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (college preferred).

• Authorized to work in the United States and able to successfully complete all onboarding requirements.

• Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities.

• Experience with children/autism preferred.

• Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.
