Compass ABA Therapy is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT for afternoon and evening sessions in New Rochelle, NY. This part-time role offers 15-20 hours per week with pay ranging from $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience.

You will work in homes or community settings delivering individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The ideal candidate has a HS diploma (college preferred), is authorized to work in the US, and can meet physical requirements for active, play-based

• Location: New Rochelle, NY

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT

• Compensation: $25-35/hr (based on experience)

• Adventure Guide: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

• Behavior Navigator & Skill Scout: Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence.

• Team Explorer: Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.

• Compass of Compassion: Offer encouragement and care during sessions.

• Calm Captain: Create a safe, structured learning environment.

• Progress Compass: Collect and record data to guide treatment.

• Learning Navigator: Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.

Requirements
