Compass ABA Therapy is hiring ABA Behavior Technicians/RBTs for afternoon shifts in Albany, NY.

The role involves delivering one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, helping develop communication, play, social, and daily living skills in homes or community settings. Part-time position offering 15–20 hours per week with afternoon availability and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to complete onboarding.
• Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities.
• Experience with children/autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Adventure Guide: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Behavior Navigator & Skill Scout: Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence.
• Team Explorer: Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
• Compass of Compassion: Offer encouragement and care during sessions.
• Calm Captain: Create a safe, structured learning environment.
• Progress Compass: Collect and record data to guide treatment.
• Learning Navigator: Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.

Now Hiring ABA Behavior Technicians/RBTs – Afternoon Shifts!

• Location: Albany, NY

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT

• Compensation: $25–35/hr (based on experience)

• Type: Part-Time (15–20 hrs/week)

• Shifts: Afternoons (3–5 hrs/day, vary by client)

Afternoon Schedules:

• Albany, NY: M-F: 3:30- 5:30PM

About Compass ABA:
