Job summary

Headrise ABA in Lawnside, New Jersey seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy for a 6-year-old girl, following BCBA-developed plans, with data-driven progress tracking.

The role offers flexible scheduling (Mon-Fri 4:00 PM–7:00 PM and some weekends) and a $200 sign-on bonus, plus there are gift-card raffles and a referral program. Candidates need at least a high school diploma; RBT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician, 6 year old girl

• Location: Lawnside, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday- Friday 4:00PM- 7:00PM plus weekends
