Headrise ABA in Lawnside, New Jersey, is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to support a 6-year-old girl with autism. This part-time role offers hourly pay ranging from $18 to $25, plus a $200 sign-on bonus, with scheduling Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–7:00 PM and weekends.

You will deliver one-on-one in-home ABA therapy based on BCBA plans, track progress with data collection, and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills, collaborating closely with families to ensure consistency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician, 6 year old girl

• Location: Lawnside, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday- Friday 4:00PM- 7:00PM plus weekends
