Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Behavior Technician in The Woodlands, TX, to provide Play-Based ABA Therapy to children in various settings. You'll work closely with families and BCBA supervisors to foster meaningful progress for children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date.
• Experience working with children (autism experience is a plus).
• Ability to consistently travel between client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
