Job summary

Heartland ABA in Topeka, KS seeks a Kids Behavior Tech to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations. This part-time role runs M-F 9:00a–1:00p with paid training and no prior ABA experience required.

You will join a clinical team, implement skill-building and care plans, and record session data. A high school diploma is required, plus completion of the 40-hour RBT course.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or equivalent; willingness to learn and make a difference.
• Paid training provided; no prior ABA experience required.
• Minimum 6-month commitment; part-time start.
• Services delivered in clients' homes or community locations.
