Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. The role offers paid training and is ideal for those new to the field, with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities include implementing skill-building plans, recording data, supporting families, and collaborating with the clinical team to improve outcomes for children with Autism. Flexible scheduling is available, with part-time opportunities to fit student schedules.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Reliable transportation is required.
Must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and family engagement.
Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
