Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking part-time paraprofessionals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions, support skill-building, and coordinate with BCBA supervisors to improve outcomes for children with Autism.

This entry-level role offers comprehensive training, flexible afternoon/evening hours, and opportunities to gain real-world experience in a growing ABA practice. Prior ABA exposure isn’t required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.
