Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks dedicated professionals for part-time, in-home ABA services for children with autism. You will implement evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior, and you will serve as a valued member of our clinical team.

Collaborating closely with families and BCBA Supervisors, you’ll help adapt plans to each child’s needs while accurately recording session data. We provide comprehensive training, flexible afternoon/evening hours, and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
