Job summary

Headway Services seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism in Millville, NJ. This part-time role offers $18–$25/hour with a $200 sign-on bonus and supervision from experienced BCBAs.

You will monitor progress with data collection and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills while partnering with families for consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician

• Location: Millville, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday- Thursday; 4:00pm-8:00pm ( 2 hours per day)

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
