Thebaca is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, using ABA therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence. We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $17 and up, paid training in ABA, a $750 sign-on bonus for RBTs, Grubhub+ membership, and opportunities to grow with a collaborative team.

Full-time and part-time roles include up to 15 days of PTO after 90 days, sick leave for part-time staff, student loan assistance, and career

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pass a background check
• Paid training in ABA therapy provided
• RBT certification may be required in some states

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to help children learn, grow, and gain independence
• Track progress and follow personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with a supportive team aligned with LEARN Behavioral values
• Build a foundation for careers in behavior analysis and related fields
