ABA Centers of America in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home, school, or clinic ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role includes data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with families and BCBAs.

We offer paid training, mentorship, and opportunities to advance through our ABA Academy of Excellence; starting pay is $23.50/hr for RBT and $21.25/hr for BT, with final compensation based on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
